Description
OFLIMED-CT Skin Cream is an advanced veterinary topical formulation developed for the effective management of mixed skin infections in animals. It combines the broad-spectrum antibacterial action of Ofloxacin, which inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, thereby preventing bacterial replication, with Ornidazole that disrupts DNA structure in anaerobic organisms and protozoa, leading to their elimination. Terbinafine Hydrochloride exerts potent antifungal activity by inhibiting squalene epoxidase, blocking ergosterol synthesis and damaging the fungal cell membrane, while Clobetasol Propionate, a powerful corticosteroid, suppresses inflammatory mediators to provide rapid relief from redness, swelling, and itching.
This synergistic multi-action formula ensures comprehensive control of bacterial, fungal, and protozoal infections along with associated inflammation. OFLIMED-CT is highly effective in conditions such as dermatitis, ringworm, hotspots, eczema, and secondary skin infections, promoting faster healing and restoration of healthy skin in animals.
