MONAMOX-SL 4500

Description

MONAMOX-SL 4500 is a broad-spectrum injectable antibiotic combining Amoxycillin Sodium (Sterile) 3000mg, an extended-spectrum penicillin, with Sulbactam Sodium (Sterile) 1500mg, a potent β-lactamase inhibitor. This synergistic combination is formulated to provide rapid and effective antibacterial therapy across a wide range of bacterial infections.

Amoxycillin exerts potent bactericidal activity by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, while Sulbactam protects amoxycillin from enzymatic degradation by β-lactamases, thereby restoring and enhancing its antibacterial spectrum. Together, they provide reliable coverage against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative organisms.

Used for treatment of moderate to severe bacterial infections, including:
