Cefcel-OX is a fixed-dose combination of Cefixime (200mg) and Ofloxacin (200mg) in film coated tablet form. It combines a third-generation cephalosporin with a fluoroquinolone for broad-spectrum antibacterial coverage. It is a Schedule H1 prescription drug from CECEL, a division of Zee Laboratories Ltd.
