Description

TUSSED-DMR JUNIOR Syrup is a specially formulated paediatric cough remedy containing Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide and Chlorpheniramine Maleate for effective relief from dry cough and associated allergic symptoms. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide acts centrally on the cough center in the medulla, elevating the cough threshold and suppressing the cough reflex, thereby reducing the frequency and severity of non-productive cough. Chlorpheniramine Maleate, a potent H1-receptor antagonist, blocks the action of histamine to help alleviate allergy-related symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, and throat irritation.
