SCORID EMULSION

Description

SCORID EMULSION is a topical antiparasitic and antiseptic formulation designed for the effective treatment of scabies and lice infestations. The emulsion-based lotion spreads uniformly over the skin, providing better contact with affected areas and helping relieve itching, irritation, and discomfort associated with parasitic skin infections. It also helps maintain skin hygiene and reduces the risk of secondary bacterial infections.

Gamma Benzene Hexachloride acts by interfering with neurotransmission in mites and lice, causing nervous system hyperstimulation that leads to paralysis and death of the parasites. Cetrimide, a quaternary ammonium antiseptic, works by disrupting microbial cell membranes and reducing microbial contamination on the skin. Together, these ingredients provide dual antiparasitic and antiseptic action, making SCORID EMULSION effective in the management of scabies, head lice, and body lice infestations.
