CLINDEM 600

Description

CLINDEM 600 is a potent injectable antibiotic formulation containing Clindamycin Phosphate equivalent to Clindamycin, a lincosamide antibiotic known for its strong activity against anaerobic bacteria and Gram-positive organisms. It acts by binding to the 50S ribosomal subunit of bacteria, inhibiting protein synthesis and thereby preventing bacterial growth. Its excellent tissue penetration, especially in bone and abscesses, makes it highly effective in managing deep-seated and serious infections.

CLINDEM 600 is indicated for the treatment of anaerobic bacterial infections, skin and soft tissue infections, bone and joint infections, and respiratory tract infections. It is also used in septicemia, gynecological infections, and dental infections. It serves as a valuable alternative in patients allergic to penicillin and is widely used in both hospital and clinical settings.
