Description
AMINE-VET is a potent broad-spectrum veterinary antibiotic injection containing Amikacin Sulphate, an aminoglycoside known for its strong bactericidal activity against a wide range of Gram-negative and some Gram-positive pathogens. It works by irreversibly binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit of bacteria, inhibiting protein synthesis and leading to rapid bacterial cell death.
This sterile injectable formulation is indicated for the treatment of severe bacterial infections in animals, including respiratory tract infections (pneumonia), urinary tract infections, septicemia, skin and soft tissue infections, wound infections, and post-surgical complications. AMINE-VET provides reliable and effective therapy for managing serious infections requiring prompt antimicrobial action.
Indications:
- Treatment of serious infections caused by susceptible Gram-negative bacteria (e.g., coli, Klebsiella, Pseudomonas, Proteus)
