CLONVET INJECTION

Description

CLONVET Injection is a veterinary antihistaminic formulation containing Chlorpheniramine Maleate 10 mg/ml, indicated for the management of allergic and hypersensitivity reactions in animals. Chlorpheniramine Maleate acts by competitively blocking histamine H₁ receptors, thereby inhibiting the effects of histamine released during allergic reactions. This action reduces capillary permeability, swelling, itching, redness, and inflammatory responses associated with allergies.

CLONVET injection provides rapid relief in conditions such as skin allergies, insect bites, respiratory allergies, and drug-induced reactions. It helps improve comfort and promotes faster recovery during acute allergic episodes in animals.

Indications:

• Allergic reactions and hypersensitivity conditions
• Drug-induced allergies and feed/food allergies
• Skin allergies including urticaria (hives), dermatitis, eczema, and contact dermatitis
• Pruritus (itching) and allergic skin irritation
• Insect bites and stings to reduce swelling and discomfort
• Respiratory allergies and allergic rhinitis (sneezing and nasal discharge)
• Allergic edema and inflammatory swelling
