Sitacee M 500 from CECEL, a division of Zee Laboratories Ltd., combines two well-established antidiabetic agents in a single tablet. Sitagliptin is a DPP-4 inhibitor. Metformin is a biguanide. - Metformin Hydrochloride I.P.: 500 mg
