Esomecix-L Capsules
Esomecix-L is a combination of a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) and a prokinetic agent in a single hard gelatin capsule. The formulation uses enteric coated pellets for Esomeprazole and sustained release pellets for Levosulpiride. This helps the acid-suppressing action begin in the intestine, while the prokinetic action continues over a longer period.
Product Description
Gastric disorders such as acid reflux, GERD and functional dyspepsia are among the most common complaints in daily practice. They often involve excess acid production together with delayed gastric emptying. Esomecix-L Capsules from CECEL address both problems in one capsule.
Composition
Each hard gelatin capsule contains:
- Esomeprazole Magnesium Trihydrate I.P. eq. to Esomeprazole 40 mg (as enteric coated pellets)
- Levosulpiride 75 mg (as sustained release pellets)
- Approved colour used in the capsule shell

Dosage and Administration
